Document Management involves tailored solutions to optimise documents administration and filing based on customer’s requirements. This administration is divided into several areas:

- IS delivery
- implementation
- system integration and putting into life operationdeployment
The last item consists of:
- support to the filing, administration and circulation of all documents created or received – i.e. approval workflow
- central reception and distribution of all types of documents outside of the company (paper, electronically into data boxes, email, or e-registry)
- physical storage of documents in the electronic form including archiving
- communication with other systems via web services etc.
