Instructions for speakers

Dear friends

just as every year also this one you can participate in the Conference as a speaker. For the case you decide to contribute a lecturer, we have important information for you.

Please, deliver an annotation of your paper together with a filled application form to us, the latest term being September 30th, 2009, including a note of in which part of the program you wish your paper to be placed. We need your full paper until October 26th, 2009, in electronical or printed form, its length being not more than eight pages DIN A4.

The program commitee of the Conference retains the right to choose the contributions to be included until October 15th, 2009.

We need to have your presentation not later then 16th November 2009.

Instructions for submiting the paper

It is necessary to submit your paper printed on paper sheets (DIN A4), the upper, bottom and right margins being two centimeters. The left margin (for bookbinding) must be 2.5 cm wide. The text must be just on one side. Please number the pages on the back side using a pencil!!!!!! At the same time, please, submit the paper on an electronic medium (floppy-disk, e-mail: conference@tsoft.cz, in MS Word 6.0, 97 or 2000 format (or as an RTF file)). Maximum length of the paper is 8 pages!!!

         Every paragraph is to begin with ten spaces (1.5 cm from the left margin). Between a title and the following text there is a blank line to be left. Between the text (body) and a further title there are 2 lines to be left blank. The font size shall be 12 pt. Times New Roman is to be used for the whole text.
